Empathy Map

Empathy maps help designers understand users' feelings and experiences by identifying key aspects like thoughts, feelings, actions, and pain points, enabling the creation of meaningful solutions.

User Persona
Ideation

We employed divergent thinking to generate creative solutions for students' transportation challenges, focusing on unrestricted brainstorming to encourage bold ideas. We then assessed each concept's feasibility and impact, incorporating user feedback from surveys to prioritize practical and resonant solutions.

Paper Prototyping

After brainstorming, we evaluated ideas based on feasibility, cost, implementation ease, and user convenience, identifying practical solutions for students' transportation challenges. User feedback and usability testing provided insights into which concepts resonated most with our target audience.
